poor bonden. he doesn't get nearly the coverage that cal did. they said that happens with second children, and lo and behold, "they" were right again. so a little more about bonden and his names:
- when asked "what is your little brother's name?", cal responded "pitter putter", so we have been calling him that for the last six months. sometimes we shorten it to just "putter".
- my mother-in-law calls him "b-boy"
- cal recently started calling him "piggy", a permutation from "pitty"
- this morning, my mom called him "peanut butter"
he started crawling at 8 months, and took his first steps right around 1. he's taking more steps now, so we think he'll be a bonafide walker by next week.
my mom laughed at the short shrift that peanut butter gets on the blog. "you wrote a post the first time cal ate four cheerios! now sai-lo (little brother in cantonese) is practically walking and still nothing on your blog!"
