so, the other day i hauled out a stash of my pre-bonden pants. and hallelujah - they fit! well, sorta. so, i can put them on over my thighs and button them closed, but i have got some major overhang going on. and i don't mean, oh half-an-inch of little pooch, i am talking overflowing handfuls of flabby gut. so while i can wear my pants, i can pair them with only a few flowing shirts that discreetly hide my ginormo gut.
i think to combat this i have to diet. and exercise. well, the exercise part will be near impossible given recent work schedule, but the diet part should be attainable. since i got pregnant, i have not been reigning in my diet at all. even after bonden was born, i think i had two days where i ate salad in hopes of instantly slimming down, but then quickly gave up and blamed breast-feeding. lately, i have had a voracious appetite, and i totally blame nursing. not only do i have my full meal, but yes, i will have that large slice of chocolate cake, thankyouverymuch. even at lunch. so, my large gut appendage really shouldn't come as a surprise to me.
