so today i had my first official workout. pardon my language, but it KICKED MY ASS. first, it was at 6am, because it's the best time for me to squeeze it in. and we didn't do a ton of stuff, i guess, at most only 15 reps of one thing, but still it was hard! i had to stop a couple of times and i could tell my trainer was staring at me because i was struggling so hard; i am sure i was as red as a tomato. and by the end, i felt like i was going to puke. part because i haven't worked out like that in a while, part because i hadn't drank enough water.
and it was only 45 minutes! i think she saw me struggling, so she let me off early. i had to do these lunges, and you walk forward and lunge, and i was stumbling - very embarrasing.
i am in the same boat - at my 3rd session - lunges are embarrasing and cant even do a single push up. hopefully, it will get better.
