paycheck

so, i thought, ok, let's go see ben affleck's new flick, paycheck. i like uma, action flicks are cool and i wanted to support fellow asian, director john woo.

it was soooo cheesy!!! at first i was really annoyed that it was so bad, but after a while, it just got funny. our section of the theater just started laughing at some of the supposed dramatic moments. ben affleck was terrible! the story is that john woo approached matt damon first, and matt said he didn't want to play an amnesiac twice in a row, so why not try ben? i think that matt read the script, thought it was a dog, and passed it off to ben.

the bourne identity has some similarities, the whole amnesiac thing, but is FAR better.
